Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Jatia Finance Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M.S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated November 14, 2008, on the consent application submitted by M/s. Jatia Finance Limited for delay in compliance of Regulation 8(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers), Regulations, 1997 for the years 2004-2006. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
