A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed consent order dated November 14, 2008, on an application submitted by M/s. Sarjan Securities Pvt. Ltd, in the matter of M/s. Tata Finance Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
