Order against Datamatics Technologies Ltd. in the matter of
IPO investigations
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 19, 2008 against Datamatics Technologies Ltd. (DTL) in the matter of Initial Public Offering (IPO) investigations.
SEBI, vide an ad interim ex-parte order dated January 12,2006 had directed DTL not to buy, sell or deal in the shares of IDFC Ltd. and in other ensuing future IPOs, directly or indirectly, till further directions.
Subsequent to receipt of submissions from DTL and grant of personal hearing, Dr. T.C.Nair, passed the order on November 19, 2008, directing that there is no need to continue with the earlier directions.
