Consent Order on the applications submitted by Apollo Tyres Ltd., Amazer Investment and Finance Ltd., Delicious Tradelinks Pvt. Ltd. and Wonderful Trading Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Apollo Tyres Ltd.

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated November 14, 2008, on the applications submitted by Apollo Tyres Ltd., Amazer Investment and Finance Ltd., Delicious Tradelinks Pvt. Ltd. and Wonderful Trading Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Apollo Tyres Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicants have remitted a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
