Sub Broker affiliated to UPSE Securities Ltd.
Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 07, 2008, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Apoorva Securities Pvt. Ltd. (No.INB101022631), Member, Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Association Limited and sub broker (No. INS010727837) affiliated to UPSE Securities Ltd. for a period of two months.
The broker had violated the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations 1992, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), 1992, as specified in detail in the order.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of three weeks from the date of the order.
