Consent Order against M/s. M.G. Capital Services Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo has passed a consent order dated October 31, 2008 on the application submitted by M/s. M. G. Capital Services Ltd., in the matter of enquiry proceedings against it pursuant to inspection of its books of accounts and records, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.3,35,000/- (Rupees three lakh thirty five thousand only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
