Consent orders in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts
on the NSE
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T.C. Nair and Shri M.S. Sahoo, has passed consent orders dated October 23, 2008, on applications submitted by the following entities in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in accordance with SEBI Circular dated 20th April, 2007 for consent orders. The applicants have remitted their respective sums as given below towards consent terms in the matter.
