A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo has passed consent order dated October 31, 2008, on an application submitted by Shri Rajesh R. Shah in the matter of M/s. Prabhu Steel Industries Limited in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.40,000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
