A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed consent order dated October 31, 2008, on an application submitted by Shri Sulaiman Lakhani, in the matter of M/s. Alembic Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
