Orders in the matter of Manna Glass Tech Industries Ltd.

Dr. T.C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed three orders dated October 23, 2008 in the matter of Manna Glass Tech Industries Ltd. 
 
Shri Tushar A Majmudar, Smt. Rena A Majmudar and Smt. Rima T. Majmudar have been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, for a period of three years. The proceeding against Shri Amidhar Majmudar has been abated as he has expired.
 
Shri Minesh Patel, (Proprietor of Miral Financial Consultancy) and Shri Piyush Jhaveri (Proprietor of Shri Parshwa Finance) have been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly for a period of one year.
 
The orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
