Certificate of registration of M/s. Rosy Blue Securities Pvt. Ltd., suspended
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated October 21, 2008 against M/s. Rosy Blue Securities Pvt. Ltd., Member, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., imposing a minor penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of the broker, for a period of 15 days, in the matter of M/s. DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
