Consent order on the application submitted by Manish Innani in the matter of M/s. Ballarpur Industries Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Dr. T.C.Nair and Shri M.S.Sahoo has passed consent order dated October 15, 2008, on the application of consent submitted by Shri Manish Innani in the matter of M/s. Ballarpur Industries Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- (Rupees Six lakh fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. This amount is in addition to the amount of Rs.12,29,000/- (Rupees Twelve lakh and twenty nine thousand only) deposited by the applicant with NSE. Thus the total consent amount paid by the applicant is Rs.18,79,000/- (Rupees Eighteen lakh and seventy nine thousand only) plus the interest accrued on the deposit with NSE.
