Order against Shri Abhishek Khare and Shri V. K. Jain in the scrip of M/s. Priyans Saree Industries Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated October 14, 2008 against Shri Abhishek Khare and Shri V. K. Jain in the scrip of M/s. Priyans Saree Industries Ltd. restraining them from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market for a period of six months.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
