Order against M/s. K. K. Fintrade Ltd. in the scrips of
M/s. Priyans Saree Industries Ltd. and M/s. Hindustan Continental Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated October 14, 2008 against M/s. K K Fintrade Ltd. in the scrips of M/s. Priyans Saree Industries Ltd. and M/s. Hindustan Continental Ltd. restraining them from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market for a period of one year.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
