Order against M/s. Shalibhadra Securities Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 13, 2008, restraining M/s. Shalibhadra Securities Ltd., an erstwhile member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., from accessing the securities market and prohibiting from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner for a period of six months in the matter of M/s. Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
