Order against Virgin Finance Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Design Auto Systems Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated October 13, 2008 against Virgin Finance Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Design Auto Systems Ltd., directing the entity not to access the capital market, or buy, sell or deal in securities in any manner directly or indirectly for a period of three years, for violation of provisions of regulations 3 and 4 of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 1995.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
