Consent order in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts on the NSE
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Dr. T.C. Nair and Shri M.S. Sahoo, has passed consent orders dated September 30, 2008 and October 07, 2008, on applications submitted by the following entities in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts on the NSE in accordance with SEBI guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders.
