A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated September 30, 2008, on an application submitted by Rajesh Nanubhai Jhaveri in the matter of Accurate Exports Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
