Order against Shri Jignesh Kantilal Shah in the matter of
M/s. Priyans Saree Industries Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 22, 2008 restraining Shri Jignesh Kantilal Shah from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting him from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market for a period of one month for violating SEBI Regulations.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
