Mantri, in the matter of M/s. Ojas Technochem Products Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
