Order in the matter of M/s. Dhanlaxmi Lease Finance Limited

Shri V.K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated March 04, 2008 in the matter of M/s. Dhanlaxmi Lease Finance Limited, restraining M/s. Dhanlaxmi and its Directors Shri Rajendra Sharma, Shri Dinesh R Dubey, Shri V L Patel and Shri Avinash Gupta from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of two months.
 
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
