Order in the matter of Mega Corporation Limited

Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on February 28, 2008 in the matter of Mega Corporation Limited without any directions against Non-Executive Directors of Mega Corporation Limited, Shri H. M. Lalani, Shri N. K. Nayak, Shri K. S. Venkataraman, Shri S. L. Golchha, Shri Sachin Mehra and promoters of Mega Corporation Limited, Crayons Global Finance Ltd., Ms. Beena Mehta, Vimi Investments and Finance Ltd., Shri R. N. Mehta, Shri Hiten Mehta, Odyssey Corporation Ltd., and Pooja Equisearch Pvt. Ltd. and disposing of directions passed against these entities in interim order dated July 24, 2006.

The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
