Order in the matter of Numero Uno Projects Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 15, 2008 restraining M/s. Numero Uno Projects Ltd., Shri Harish Devji Ruparel, Shri Vivek Ruparel, M/s. Numero Uno Credit Capital and Investments Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Numero Uno Securities Ltd., M/s. AVDH Investment & Capital Ltd., M/s. Havmore Financial Services Ltd. and M/s. Danhem Holdings and Investment Ltd. from accessing the securities market and also prohibiting from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, for a period of two years.

The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
