Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated December 28, 2007 restraining M/s. Nalini Properties Pvt. Ltd, M/s. Khuda Gawah Investments Pvt. Ltd. and its Director Shri D.S. Pendse from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market, for a period of two years from the date of the order.
