Order against M/s. SMC Global Securities Ltd., Member, NSE
in the matter of M/s. DSQ Biotech Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated January 01, 2008 against M/s. SMC Global Securities Ltd., Member, National Stock Exchange, in the matter of M/s. DSQ Biotech Ltd. censuring the stock broker to the effect that they should be careful in future and exercise due care and diligence in the conduct of their affairs as a capital market intermediary. M/s. SMC Global Securities Ltd. have also been directed to note that any instances of violation or non-compliance with the SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations in future shall be dealt with stringently.
