Order against M/s. Yatin D. Shah, Member, Pune Stock Exchange Ltd., in respect of its dealings in the shares of Home Trade Ltd.
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, vide order dated November 29, 2007 imposed a major penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. Yatin D. Shah, Member, Pune Stock Exchange Ltd., (SEBI registration no. INB 110245316), for a period of 18 months in respect of its dealings in the shares of Home Trade Ltd.
The certificate of registration of M/s. Yatin D. Shah will remain suspended from December 20, 2007 till June 19, 2009.
