IPO Investigations �� Confirmation of Interim Directions against Dhaval Mehta
Shri G. Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has issued an order dated November 27, 2007 in the matter of IPO Investigations against Dhaval Mehta.
Pursuant to the ex-parte ad interim order passed by Whole Time Member, SEBI on April 27, 2006 in the matter of IPO investigations and after considering the submissions made by Dhaval Mehta, the following directions were issued:
"I hereby confirm the ad interim order of Securities and Exchange Board of India dated April 27, 2006 against Shri Daval A. Mehta (Permanent Account Number ALKPM 2611G)."
