Consent Order in the matter of Priyans Saree Industries Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated November 20, 2007, on an application submitted by Ratnakar Finstock Pvt. Ltd., in the matter of Priyan Saree Industries Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
