A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated November 20, 2007, on an application submitted by M/s. Jyotish Bhogilal Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., in the matter of Manna Glass Tech Industries Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent order. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
