Suspension of certificate of registration of M/s. Freedom Investco Pvt. Ltd.
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 17, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Freedom Investco. Pvt. Ltd. (SEBI Reg. Nos. INS010692338 and INS230967437), a sub-broker affiliated to LSE Securities Ltd., member, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. for a period of one week with effect from October 8, 2007.
M/s. Freedom Investco. Pvt. Ltd., will not be entitled to carry on the business as a sub-broker with effect from October 08, 2007 to October 14, 2007.
