Order in the matter of M/s. Ojas Technochem Products Ltd.

Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated September 27, 2007 against six entities in the matter of M/s. Ojas Technochem Products Ltd.

Four entities, viz. Shri Jayendra K. Shukla, Shri Alap Shukla, Shri Vinod Shukla and Shri Suresh K. Shukla have been found guilty of violating the provisions of Regulations 3 of the FUTP Regulations. They have, thus, been restrained from accessing the securities market and also prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities either directly or indirectly for a period of two years.

The proceedings against the two entities, viz. Smt Hansa Shukla and Shri Milap Shukla have been disposed of.

The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
