Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an ad interim ex-parte order dated September 20, 2007 in the matter of M/s. Vijay Textiles Ltd. and M/s. Shukun Construction Ltd. restraining Shri Jalaj Batra from buying, selling and dealing or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly till further directions in this regard.
