Order against Shri Pankaj Gupta in the matter of
M/s. Videocon Industries Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on July 25, 2007 against Shri Pankaj Gupta in the matter of M/s Videocon Industries Ltd., restraining him from accessing the securities market either directly or indirectly and also prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in the securities for a period of six months for violation of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to the Securities Market) Regulations, 2003.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
