Orders against M/s. Shital Securities Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Bhavin C.Thakrar, in the matter of M/s. Sword and Shield Pharma Ltd.

Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed orders dated June 14, 2007 against following two entities in the matter of M/s. Sword and Shield Pharma Ltd.

1. M/s. Shital Securities Pvt. Ltd., sub-broker, SKSE Securities Ltd.
    

2. M/s. Bhavin C. Thakrar, sub-broker, SKSE Securities Ltd., acted as sub-broker, Bhavik Rajesh Khandhar Share & Stock Pvt. Ltd.

These two entities have been found guilty of violating the provisions of clause A(2) of the Code of Conduct as specified in Schedule II of Regulation 15 of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992.
 
The two entities have been censured to the effect that any instances of violations or non-compliance of the provisions of SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations framed thereunder, in future, shall be dealt with stringently.
