M/s. MCS Ltd., prohibited from undertaking fresh business
Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 14, 2007 against M/s. MCS Ltd., a Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent, prohibiting M/s. MCS Ltd. from undertaking fresh business for a period of fifteen days, for their role in the public issues of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Power Trading Corporation of India Ltd. and Bank of Maharashtra.
The Order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the Order.
