Order against M/s. Active Finstock Pvt. Ltd., Member of BSE, in the matter ofM/s. Mazda Fabrics and Processors Ltd.
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated May 24, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Activ Finstock Pvt. Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), in the matter of M/s. Mazda Fabrics and Processors Ltd., for a period of one month.
This order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
