Orders against M/s. Agroy Finance & Investment Ltd., M/s. Delhi Securities Ltd. and M/s. A. Nitin Capital Services Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Shonkh Technologies International Ltd.

Shri G. Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed three orders dated May 24, 2007, suspending the certificates of registration of M/s. Agroy Finance & Investment Ltd, (Regn. no. INB 050691937), M/s. Delhi Securities Ltd., (Regn no. INB 050626335) and M/s. A. Nitin Capital Services Ltd., (Regn no. INB 050720634), members of The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd. for a period of one month, two months and two months respectively in the matter of M/s. Shonkh Technologies International Ltd. 
 
These orders shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the orders.
