Order against M/s Dresdner Kleinwort Wassertein Securities (India) Private Ltd. (Formerly Known As Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Securities (India) Ltd.), in the matter of DSQ SOFTWARE LTD.
Shri G. Anantharaman Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated April 26, 2007 cancelling the Certificate of Registration of M/s. Dresdner Kleinwort Wassertein Securities (India) Private Limited (Formerly Known As Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Securities (India) Limited), (BSE & NSE ) in the matter of DSQ Software Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
