Order against M/s. Harvestdeal Securities Ltd. in the matter of
Nedungadi Bank Ltd.
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated April 17, 2007 suspending the Certificate of Registration of M/s. Harvestdeal Securities Ltd., Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE, for a period of three months in the matter of Nedungadi Bank Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
