Order against M/s. S.B. Bhutra & Co., Member of CSE
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated April 13, 2007 against M/s. S.B. Bhutra & Co., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited (CSE) in respect of the irregular transactions in the shares of M/s. Globe Stocks & Securities Limited imposing a major penalty of suspension of certificate of registration for a period of six months.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
