Order against Shri Naresh Chand Chandak in the matter of
M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 30, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of Shri Naresh Chand Chandak, member of Calcutta Stock Exchange, in the matter of M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., for a period of seven days.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
