Order against M/s. Shree Harivansha Securities Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 15, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Shree Harivansha Securities Pvt. Ltd., member of Calcutta Stock Exchange bearing SEBI Registration No. INB030036811, in the matter of M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. for a period of seven days.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
