Order against M/s. JVS Securities Private Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 15, 2007, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. JVS Securities Private Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Registration No. INB230752430) and Calcutta Stock Exchange (SEBI Registration No. INB030724038), in the matter of M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., for a period of seven days.
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
