Order against M/s. Rolex Finvest Pvt. Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 12, 2007 against the sub-broker M/s. Rolex Finvest Pvt. Ltd. in respect of its dealings in the scrip of M/s. Warner Multimedia Ltd., imposing a minor penalty of �censure� on the sub-broker.
