Design Auto Systems Ltd. and its Directors barred from capital market for seven years

Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 6, 2007 against Design Auto Systems Ltd. and its Directors namely, Shri Sarvesh Garg, Smt. Rita Garg, Shri Prasant Rajagarhia and Shri Rajendra Tare, directing them not to access the capital market, or buy, sell or deal in securities in any manner directly or indirectly for a period of seven years from date of this order.
