Order against Shri Atin Das and others

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 20, 2007 against Shri Atin Das, a SEBI registered sub-broker, Smt. Bani Das, Shri Sudhir Ranjan Das and Smt. Biva Rani Das to cease and desist from accepting money from investors under the Monthly Income Scheme (MIS). They are also restrained from buying, selling and dealing in securities market in any manner. Money collected by Shri Atin Das from investors under the Monthly Income Scheme, should be refunded within a period of one month from the date of the order.
