Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 22, 2007 restraining Shri Shirish C.Shah from accessing the securities market and prohibiting from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, for a period of two years with effect from February 22, 2007 in the matter of M/s. Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd.
