Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI vide order dated February 15, 2007 imposed a major penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. SMIFS Securities Ltd., member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd., SEBI Registration No. INB030599931, for a period of six months in the matter of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd.
The certificate of registration of M/s. SMIFS Securities Ltd. will remain suspended from March 08, 2007 till September 07, 2007.
