Registrations of four sub-brokers, cancelled
Shri G. Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 08, 2007 cancelling the certificates of registration of the following four erstwhile sub-brokers affiliated to ISE Securities & Services Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange with immediate effect.

The aforesaid four members were expelled by the Inter-connected Stock Exchange and in view of the aforesaid expulsion, the said members ceased to be the sub-brokers of ISE Securities & Services Ltd., thereby failed to fulfil the pre-requisite condition of registration as sub-broker with SEBI. These registrations have been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (6) of Regulation 16 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002.
