in the matter of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd.
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on February 12, 2007 suspending certificates of registration of Shri Girish S. Mehta (Regn. No.INB030451228 with trade name M/s. Mehta & Ajmera) and Shri Himanshu Ajmera (Regn. No.INB030451326 with trade name M/s. Mehta & Ajmera), members, Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd., for a period of six months in the matter of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd.
The certificates of registration of M/s. Mehta & Ajmera, members of CSE will remain suspended from March 05, 2007 till September 04, 2007.
